Completely agree. If SG filed this "get off your arse" motion 1-2 months into ATVI's MSJ, then that would be one thing, but WDDD has patiently waited over 4 months, which I don't believe would be (or even should be) deemed unreasonable by the Court. But that's just me, so take it FWIW...
