Problem: shareholders have to wait 24 hours for information to be public once they are privy to material information not available to others, so says the clerk of courts office

I will still try to be there, not as a mole, but announced as a shareholders representative. All in favor please respond with an " I do" so I have evidence of a majority of those responding.
