What?? STBV is a Delaware corporation based out of California. In order to operate in the Colorado Mj community, they did have to create their own subsidiary company... That is exactly what just happened in the last 2 weeks. The 30B share offering is for STBV to raise money for Wazillo, their media operation. Bearpot has their own CEO, Richard Coffy, and are a separate business from STBV. STBV just owns them, like they own Wazillo. Or if you prefer, like Disney owns like 50 other companies including ABC, Marvel and ESPN...
