Good grief, Moskowitz, Metter and every other charged principal pled GUILTY to creating and selling ~2 billion counterfeit SPNG shares, among other criminal and Securities violations that facilitated the sales of the counterfeit shares.

Fully reporting companies who are fraudulent operations PLUS! violate section 12J! .. PLUS enter chapter 7 for liquidation!
