Reference the transactions that Treaty used to buy into the Princess Concession in Belize.

I have tried to untangle the web here.

The facts according to the SEC filings are:
(1) The principal shareholder in Treaty sold 20,000,000 shares to the Principals of Princess Petroleum for $100,000 US ($0.5c/share).
(2) Treaty Energy Corporation agreed to repay the Principles of Princess Petroleum the $100,000.

There are no facts available in Belize to show who received the 20,000,000 shares, or what was done with them, and whether the agreed $100,000 repayment from Treaty has been received by the principals of Princess Petroleum.

Rodwell Williams is a director of Princess Petroleum Ltd as he is PM Dean Barrow's law firm partner, and they were and still maybe Treaty's attorneys in Belize. see Barrow and Williams Law Firm

I have met M Hamdi Karagozoglu in the Princess Hotel in Belize City before Xmas and he gave me his business card. However I am not going to publish that here. He is Executive Director of Princess Group International. see Princess Group

I am totally unaware of the other gentlemen, Sudi Ozkan, mentioned as a director and can find no information on White House Falls Corporation (of Tortolla BVI).
