I Donot think it's worth going thru that with all the extra money and time expenses. In six months or so we will be cash rich and possibly building the largest PF on the planet. Why do we need all that BS? Jmo.

oh, I did, interesting idea, wonder thought if this would be perceived badly however as they could not accomplish it through normal channels and such moves by other companies in the past turned out bad, good thought though.
