There may be oil in commercial quantities in Belize but it is has proven and will be an expensive undertaking for anyone who tries. Treaty may have been lacking financially and technically but they did try to the best of their ability. To say otherwise is a affront to the people on the ground.
I strongly doubt princess will find any oil on their land concession but I truly hope they are successful and will leave it at that.
I certainly had hoped treaty would have been successful but it did not turn out that way so be it. Perhaps the knowledge treaty helped them gain will lead to the oil they seek
