Share Price Estimate based off news

Does anyone know other companies that are in same industry?
I am trying to figure out some comparable PE ratio's as based on yesterdays news if they will already potentially net $9.7M then this stock is grossly undervalued.

$9.7M - Net Income per PR
11.1M - Shares outstanding per OTC Markets

.87/Share - EPS based on one deal

Hell even if they issued all authorized shares (140M) eps would still be $.07. IMO the company is not going to dilute as they have intentions on uplisting to bigger exchange.

PE 5- $4.35
PE 10- $8.70
PE 15- $13.05
