Sure is funny how apparently SOMEONE had a little " inside information " to all of this pending disaster and DUMPED in advance isn't it???
I will guarantee everyone that the SEC will be looking at that in addition to the OTHER ISSUES that are coming to light in this stock.
One can only blame management for all of this bad press and less than stellar Y/E results.
FST has been selling off the company for years now and apparently things that were previously reported were NOT as rosy as everyone thought.
Hope this turns out for the better but I for one will not be waiting around any longer for the PPS to go below a buck! I have witnessed TOO MANY companies go this way with " fluffed up financials " that were conveniently misstated and then never return to profitability again.......
When a company gets a SCAM reputation, it is NOT an appealing thing to any fresh investors looking for CREDIBILITY in the management of a company!
