i would change brokers, i would not use a broker that tells me what i can and can't buy

I've seen that before @ ST with other pennies.

Sometimes that put some securities on a list to prevent online buys but you can always call the branch and place a buy at no additional cost.

Normally in a day or 2 they remove the restriction.
