Niger Delta is relatively close in and its offshore facilities, geographicly, can't be compared to the location of the JDZ.

Put a fully armed and ready Apache on each FPSO or platform's helo pad, and the offshore issue is solved.

The onshore delta area is another matter.

I doubt that lasts too long...

The Man will only let you play with his money for so long. If you start hitting the big money, The Man will hit back.

They are not in the U.S. A few thousand barrels a day is nothing to Nigeria. When they started costing Nigeria a few hundred thousand barrels a day, they got The Man's attention. Shortly, you will hear that he has gotten theirs, IMO.
