Have you been able to create some hypothetical as to what these guys are up to.

If I try to think (like them); I come up with $20M at $5/share equity raise. To them it would be like "it's only 4m shares and we just gave ourselves 1.5m like last year, but if we get 1.5M out of 5.5M that's way better than last year when we gave ourselves 1.5M out of 11.5"

But who would up $20m even at that PPS with Brad and team still there; knowing they would have to spend some serious cash in addition for pumping to liquidate 4M shares.

I'm really at a loss...
