Well Bill Chabaan did NOT have to file to sell $3.4 million shares in February if he had no intention to do so. and he did. along with the $1.8 million worth that Jeff Thomas filed to sell as well.

No marijuana license and the construction is not completed but they filed to sell? go figure.
