CVS has a large market presence via acquisition in Brazil, historically one of the globe's most highly inflationary economies. I am not saying that is bad, just that Walgreens is not alone in this regard.

I really do not understand your "inflation" pre-occupation. If costs go up, prices charged go up. The actual profit does not necessarily change simply because the inflation rate rises. The currency exchange rate is based on many factors. In fact, after Nixon stepped down and Gerald Ford introduced the "WIN" button (whip inflation now) the U.S dollar was high despite inflation and higher interest rates in domestic markets.

I see no concern for Walgreens shareholders here.
