Does it really matter if the pipeline is turned on or off for the installation ? As a subject of conversation I think it does matter. The point has been made repeatedly that the line would have to be shut down. It appears that is NOT the case. So if one is going to claim 'debate' points for ONE thing, they need to concede 'debate' points as well. I think we all strive to be 'credible' contributors. So again if the point one is making is borne out to be accurate...that's a good thing. On the flip side...predictions that don't materialize....that's another thing. In the grand scheme of things NOTHING MATTERS and yet EVERYTHING MATTERS..........go figure!!
