Where's the proof, that's all I ask. The o/s shares are the o/s shares. When news comes out with 7.4B shares o/s, there's going to be a lot of volume. Just because it doesn't go to the moon doesn't mean dilution, day traders have more of an affect on daily share prices when each tick is almost 10%
