I will say this, IMHO, it is NOT a buyout or partnership at this point. To do so with the limited knowledge they have right now on synergy with other products would boarder on recklessness. Way too much uncertainty to put a price on a partnership, and way too much data upcoming. Remember, any partnership that involves co-ownership etc. is partially based on the premium over the current PPS. The last time they were going into a partnership, the PPS went from $1 to over $5 in 6 weeks. Don't see that happening now do you? Best thing right now would be a license deal for a specific combination or use.
