Same shares. But I think you're thinking to low. If this is the MJ deal I think it may move higher over the next three years.

Right now here in California there are 4 Propositions approved to obtain signatures to be placed on the Nov. '14 ballot (I think it's for Nov.). If one or more of these get on the ballot and is then passed by the voters this would be huge. We're in CA and that's 11% of the U.S. population. Not a bad place to be plying your trade - legally.
