There is also a gap from 2.90 to 2.95.

A lot depends on how much dilution and how much of a discount is in the offering (and what other news they might release to help prop up the price), but I wouldn't completely rule out filling that gap.

Depending on the details of the common share offering, we have a gap at $3.22 that is next level of support.

ImaP and others....grabbed 8k at $3.22 and sold at $3.39. I'll wait down at the $3 buck level to get in again. Feel like I have danced with the devil this week. I would not mind being in cash over the weekend. (except for that little pharma out of Tustin)
