And make no mistake -- HEMMING and ARNAIZ are not friends. I'll again say I'm confused and frustrated why PPJE's lawyer Hemming helped the enemy by filing for a delay because of Arnaiz's two-week-old family emergency.

I'll just back that up with an e-mail between the two. As shown, Grewal's side was very much trying to get this trial on.

Here's what I can tell since neither Grewal's side nor Basu will answer my questions.

Basu tried to contact Mowrey in December to say don't give your deposition -- more things will be coming.

Mowrey gave his deposition Jan. 14 -- pretty much said my work is complete.

Basu gave another deposition Jan. 20 and said Mowrey should never have been deposed.

Odd that the docs were released on Jan. 20 ...

"On January 20, 2014 we received 16,500 documents, including bank statements and deposit items, from Bank of America," said Chandana Basu, PPJE's President, "and we received more than 2,000 similar documents from California Bank and Trust just days prior.
