NO! I highly doubt it...or at least they were being dumped in a "reasonable" manner.

Andy didn't get approval by the SEC until Jan 17th,,,which means some time is required to "sell" those Reg A shares to "investors" and have them deposited into their accounts. Who in their right mind would start unloading 30 BILLION shares before the "PUMP" has begun!??
