As far as the $50 sp claim, I wasn't around back then, but it doesn't take much DD to find out there have been two R/Ss to account for that.

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 50 split Pay date=11/20/2007.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 400 split. Pay date=08/13/2008.
