Q4 is when they will get revenue from the crop. However, just planting the crop will be enough to raise this stock to .01.
It does seem interesting that the dilution will end before the planting of their first crop. Seems to have been timed well.
As long as this stock is not a blatant scam then I think this company stock price will do very well. If the CEO takes the money and runs then I am screwed.
