Perhaps, but there's a missing transaction. BBORL......

owned the IP Aventura Labs is now said to possess. SKTO owned/owns BBORL, and recently announced Dharmanol shipments as if nothing had happened.

Question: Did SKTO buy that debt note on AVNE that was sold and mentioned in the last AVNE filing?

That would be Hipple/Jan 101.

We saw $7K become $990K with SKTO a few month back,

It happens a lot with Hipple/Jan.

What is the purpose of SKTO being disemboweled - and shareholders being a afterthought?

How does Aventura Labs have the intellectual property of Berkeley Bio when SKTO had already acquired them according to the financials?

"The licenses that Aventura Laboratories currently holds include; Dharmanol, Yak Capsules, Yeti Honeybud Oilers, Organakoil, Red Diamond Oil, and other products, trademarks, formulations, and trade secrets that are licensed to SK3 Group's wholesale managed collectives."

How did AL acquire the license from SKTO for Dharmanol etc?

Seem like Hipple and company have forgotten the storylines - because the AVNE press release makes no sense - and it is odd that iEquity site still has that they are acquiring AVNE - there has been plenty of time to make the change.

Too many red flags - and problems with all of the press releases.
