The judge ruled for the Plaintiff's discovery sometime today and this article was published minutes ago on the net.

Judge's ruling=reason for huge run today? Most likely, I would guess. Word spread from court room via text messages to big funds perhaps. Today had everything FNMA holders have become used to and more.

It had aggressive shorting and bounces. It had news from those one might think were just talking their book (Bove?) on major news network that caused a good brief run then a pullback. It had a steady period of ranging within a tight pps band. It then had another dip and then a run that seemed powered by nothing in particular. And it's that last run that I think was probably caused by the judge's ruling!

I tried to take profits on a tiny portion of my shares today. But then I couldn't get back in without digging into powder bc no clearly advantageous entry point presented itself. Which I gladly did on one of the small dips. I am no flipper. I may never attempt that again! Looking to probably add on any dips over the next week pending any obvious movement in pps or news changes my mind.
