i don't know what this company

is...

one thing for sure and one thing NO ONE CAN DENY...

the only STOCK DEFINING thing that avtc has is the medbox pr's...

100% FACT:

during the first weed run in late 2012/early 2013.. they pr'd about medbox and the stock soared to 5 or 6 bucks i think (RIDING THE COATTAILS OF MDBX'S MAGICAL RUN TO OVER 100 BUCKS A SHARE)... then that weed craze ended and avtc had nothing else and went all the way back to .90 cents/ 1.00 a share...

now... weed craze # 2.... another MEDBOX PR'S (actually a few of them in the past many weeks)... aha... avtc wakes up and shoots all the way back up to 8 bucks a share.... in a few hrs/days... now, slowly but surely, on it's way back down.... was at 3.5 and likely heading lower up til this latest medbox pr....

all the while... again 100% fact... the yearly revenue is dropping by 65% yr over yr... but that does not matter any longer in the crazy greed filled world of weed penny mania... actual sales/profits don't matter right now.... u got weed, U GOT BUYERS....

so depending on when u started your short position... i think long term u will be ok.... i see avtc slowly eroding back to a buck.... i mean how many times can they repeat, rinse, recycle the medbox/avtc pr's.... ???????????

You don't short pot scams just stay away from them and invest in legit companies. I think he just said it was overvalued and had accounting issues not it's a scam.
