There is no way to tease anything like that out of the available data so far. If I had some of the early dapto studies I could probably get some kind of trend data out of the efficacy measures. But as of 2012 dapto is still pretty darn effective, with response of 96%, 98%, and 98% at days 7, 10 and 28, respectively. In the phase 2b we will have a similar measure 2 years later, which will give us a new data point. I'm guessing there will not be any measurable falloff.
The best outcome (for both stockholders and humanity) would be to have all 4 arms 95%+ effective at 10 and 28 days.
