Momentum will steadily pickup once word gets out that the RS isn't till at least end of q1..i've talked to quite a few that were holding till after, several have already bought today on the news..
IMO we'll see more on the acquisition before the splithappens..and books are already with the accountant so fins should be filed pretty soon.
