Sounds like the movie called Arbitrage. Both need each other and might be playing a cat and mouse game.

if S&T was doing well, they would never look at a penny stock like SYAI. Cloudeeva also needs to up their game by going after more client accounts. They seems to feel that S&T give them global credibility .

Let's all hope they come back to the table soon.
