Lots of ways to take this.
One is, tiny office, front for a nothing company, and just a front.
But, usually those types of companies aren't doing improvements to an office that will just house phones and a person or two to "keep it going".
The small office space doesn't really concern me, as I didn't expect them to drop $10 million out the gate on a huge warehouse in one of the most expensive areas in the world.
All in all, it doesn't shake my brain and send electroshocks to my feet either.
