Nice to see. There simply can't be much more supply down at these levels. Like I said a few weeks back. When the supply is finally exhausted, we could see a pretty dynamic and sizeable move up very quickly.

In fact, that's what I'm looking for resulting in the shares finally trading more on par with both comps in the space and it's own strong fundamentals.
