I think you should give it just a little more time. If you look at most of the company on the OTC that have fiscal years from Jan 1 to Dec 31 they release their 10-K in April of the following year. I am giving myself an extra month for unforeseen circumstances. So I wont go crazy until June 1, 2014. But if we don't see them by then I will be right with you.

GPSI releasing audited financial statements by 6/1/14....I hope!
