If you are correct then WHY didn't King pump this stock hard at yesterday's conference? At this point you have everything to gain and nothing to lose. Higher share price and makes it easier to get more down the road, while ensuring any ATM action is also at a better number.

Now thats what I am talking about... everyone re-read that post and understand the why and the how and understand that maximizing shareholder value does not mean agreeing with Big Pharma. Big Pharma can agree to disagree and "then" 10 years from now Big Pharma shareholders will be saying "THANK YOU" for picking up Peregrine, as they watch other Big Pharma types extract every inch of shareholder value till some realize there is no more without a pipeline such that Peregrine has. This extraction has already been seen with splitting off animal units and breaking the company apart. At first in my naive way of thinking, I thought it was due to make room for Bavi.....but now, I see this is just the beginning of a very long 10 year stretch of Big Pharma of extracting value out till there is no more value. This is not saying pps will go down over the next 10 years!... just saying that Big Pharma is smart at maneuvering their monies and image outlook around to make it look like a good value.

A Big Pharma with a Bavi built pipeline is worth "extraordinarily" more than one without a Bavi built pipeline.
