I see what you mean and I appreciate it. But.... to me, most of the problems come from my job/ career. I hate working for others. I think I'm being enslaved sacrificing my time, youth, and sometimes self-respect, conscience and integrity in return for tools ie. $$$.
The Royals didn't have internet access, TVs, cars etc but they did have everything else I want. Yes, I'm aware economic-wise, I'm better than 90% of the world, but that's irrelevant. The line to be drawn is retirement. I don't want to get ripped off. I'm tired of doing anything just to please people who is above me in the caste system. I wanna read books, play video games, watch films, go travelling, visit friends, work out, go to the beach, play with my cats... whenever I want without any consequences. What's the Oscar Wilde's quote about young people (I'm not young anymore though) should be being idle?
