Once the merger is formal and the DTCC needs to account for every cert in book form or paper form then all bets are off and the MM/Brokers will pay big for any shorted shares if borrowed and more for NSS'd shares depending on how desperate the MM/Brokers become. If there are enough investors going long and not selling then $1/share might be paid just to cover all the required NOBO accountable shares. I'm happy to see that the company is not issuing PR's just for the sake of pumping the PPS. They could have PR'd finalizing the attorney opinion letter but didn't so far. My bet is they will stack some very important and easily accountable PR's so all is on the up and up. For those who think NSS is a myth. Read article below:
TTDZ,, Hopefully they have a better then good PR team that is penny market savvy NSS Always existed. I think the SEC Addressed the issue about 7-8 years go..
Great Post! Couldn't agree more. I believe the company is being very strategic with the subtle updates that things should be at completion soon IMO Things will get interesting really fast once news hits the wires. +BM
