So what your saying Feb 20th filings are false with float over 2 billion? Show me filings or official statements showing 2.5 billion restricted shares coming do from March to Sept.

Restricted shares are nothing but worthless paper. Once the restriction is removed thru a legal opinion and rigorous scrutiny they can be traded as a regular share.
It is a PITA. Pain in the a$$ to get done.
