As a Realtor I asked the president of the long island board of realtors about fannie and freddie and he said no way can they dissolve them... The housing market will tank and so would our economy. ..
They know this and are not stupid... just letting the big boys get in before retail finds out...
That is why we are on the OTC and under the radar... Bruce and Ackman are just speeding up the process by annoucing thier holdings so the politicians dont take longer then they do. As all Politician's only do when needed Bruce and Ackman are making sure they do thier job...
I feel we will hit some ups and downs but we will be more "stable" then 2013 and I am no longer flipping as it seems too risky as I will be left behind...
Holding for at least a year and that will be starting in April/May... but will still hold a core for dividends for my retirement.
