Yes it was pretty bad all round ,and it usually happens on Tuesday
at EOM.. A new short borrowing regulation goes into effect early March . MM's will be trying to cover their shorts cheap till then . But I'M sure a loop-hole (purposely inserted) will be found. GLTY
