Once again if it is 50% buys and 50% sells, where are you finding Dilution? Are you just using volume? Who is the Market maker that is dumping the shares?

look at the pps were trading 75% less!
shares are cheaper volume tends to go up when shares trade lower.

and if you look at the chart 6 months ago we traded 450 million shares in less then two weeks with OS of 290 million, trading with a much higher pps.

one last thing
par value is .001 so if PHBT is dumping below .001 they receive $0 cash for issueing of shares
