If the shares of RMTD were converted, you would have been notified as a shareholder. As a shareholder we own the OTC company RMTD not the private company that holds the patents and such. RMTD is a shell. Shells can be worth north of 600K. We are only talking about a few hundred thousand dollars trading hands over the last few days.
Now if RMTD as a shell owns assets of Telogis that would be nice to know. As a shareholder shouldn't we have the right to know what assets if any RMTD is holding?
