Louis--no problems with my adapters here (I have two of them for my G3 iBook--one for travel, one for home charging). Haven't had any issues with either of them for the 3 years I've owned the iBook (well, technically I swapped out a 500 MHz iBook for a 900 MHz model, but one of the adapters is the same one used for both).

Then again, I'm a very light laptop user, so perhaps my experience doesn't mean much...

Nice site, though! Congrats :)

I had one go bad. They sent me another kind, much better, under AppleCare replacement. Ask for the other kind.

Louis: couple of laptops/adapters here...

One flying saucer from a first generation iBook. No issues. Laptop's internal battery has gone south, so it's a full time plug-in 'puter now.

Two for a 2 year old Powerbook. One Apple, One Third Party - no issues.

Curious - how does Dell approach the cords on their adapters? Do they wind up?
