What a load of bunk. A shareholder made the acquaintance of the 2 companies, and the fiber it self made it happen. If there is no reason for a business marriage, they don't happen. It doesn't matter if it comes from cold calling, a shareholder, family member, an ad, CEO, employee, or Board of Directors. Have you ever gotten a job because of one of the above? The same goes for business relationships. This is basic stuff and it really is nothing to think about.....insofar as it being bad on Kraig Labs or Kim. These things happen in business regularly. Think man...THINK! Introductions happen! I guess if you worked on an assembly line or something similar, then you wouldn't know these things.
