As a shareholder, you do not have it. So who does. Hmmmm. It is the cash flow and statement of shareholder equity.

Shareholders absorbed $12,551,815 that magically went "poof".

It is unfortunate that the fraud is faceless, its not the mugger guy in some alley way with a mask on that physically accosted the shareholder and his wallet.

It is only a matter of time before this company and its BoD has to address to regulators on "where did it go".
