I would agree that it's holding .01 very well indeed. Accumulation has been going on for months now. Once some financials are released this will fly. The float is so tightly locked up that it will become very difficult for new investors to buy shares once it gets going. This is a 10 bagger minimum to begin with and after that blue sky breakout.
This is definitely the last time anyone can accumulate around .01 because PPBL debt will be eliminated completely based on the previous PRs.
