I would think the statement working behind the scenes has to be releated to the pipeline or sale.
When I read everything regarding the pipeline,agreements putting all the other b/s aside I just shake my head its so disheartening to see a value of less then 2 million market cap.
Should be multi pennies at least.I guess my brain can not do math anymore and my eyes and brain just sees something that no one else does.
Do you think Oing denies pfizer motion for breach of the C/A or will there have to be a oral argument before its denied? Cause from what I read I see no breach or damage done.Kind of like Shapiros second claim not enough evidence yet.
To me its just stalling to negotiate which just keeps us stuck in no mans land.\
