I get what you are saying but the market cap on penny stocks are never correct. Market cap is figured off of the outstanding share count. Most of the CEOs out there own 95% of those shares outstanding which is also unrealistic as they cannot sell more than 1% a quarter.

This company is doing stuff right by reducing AS and not trashing the stock by the selling of shares.
