that is complete and total b.s. from a con man . no "prison" involved as it would not be a criminal matter. it would be a civil matter.

That argument would almost be believable, if it weren't for the fact that it's been over 8 and 10 MONTHS since they filed their last 144's.... If they filed every 90 days it would show up on the list. He must really think people are stupid...

Excellent response. I couldn't agree more. Look people we invest in something yes because we would love to see a return but I would like to think that we also believe in what we are putting our hard earned money into. I was at the open house. I sat through the presentation. The team assembled is as driven and determined more then even I expected. Bill has been working 24/7 on this project and in speaking with him you can feel the passion he has to make this company a success for everyone. Be proud of your investment and stand behind the people that are making this happen. If your on board great, if not then sell and just move on cause frankly the bashing is getting out of hand. This company is the real deal period end of discussion.

Only problem with that statement by BILL is there is no way he filed those form 144 for two years - he started working in March 2012 meaning he couldn't file to sell his restricted shares for one year. and in one year March 2013 a number of relatives filed to sell their shares.
So it would be impossible for him to have filed for the past two years.
