GRNE has had toxic dilution via Asher In the past. I'll check with the TA to confirm the share structure today but that would be my guess. The CEO already stated in his letter to shareholders he would continue the same business "plan" to grow the company.....unfortunately he uses convertible debts to expand the company which just results in dilution.
