They can't because Nick bought them out or the shares hit the market last year. The last filing shows all the shares and all the shares are accounted for. Rays dept was just PR and in the last newsletter to the share holders which explains how the o/s will be lowered about 250 to 300 million shares. Get Ready......
This 'endless shares' nonsense conveniently leaves out the part in the filings and other information we know that the shares that were issued when they did work for the company were returned and forfeited. If this were actually an issue, or even a debate worth having, then I don't think it would be suggested that the shares out there actually exceed the A/S LOL.
