Just woke up from a long sleep.

Does this mean Treaty didn't meet the 1000 bpd production target that they were forecasting 2 years ago in this link Treaty Announce Goal of 1000 BOPD by Mid-Year 2012 ?

Who was on watch while I was asleep? Where's all the oil gone? Just 3 bpd in December 2013 - you must be ******* joking.

Also Treaty's video surveillance cameras must not be working - as they appear to show oil production that doesn't reflect in the official production numbers.
